How We Review Contact Requests
Contact requests that affect published pricing, rankings, provider summaries, or comparison tables are reviewed against official provider sources before changes go live.
1. Message received
We classify the request as a correction, provider submission, source update, editorial feedback, or general enquiry.
2. Source checked
Pricing and provider claims are checked against official pages, provider documentation, public calculators, or public company sources.
3. Page updated when verified
Verified corrections are applied to the relevant page. Larger pricing changes may also be added to the public pricing changelog.
4. Methodology remains consistent
Provider requests do not override getInfra.cloud methodology, ranking rules, independence policy, or comparison labels.
Important Notes Before You Contact Us
Do not send passwords, access keys, console screenshots with secrets, invoices with sensitive customer information, or private infrastructure details. getInfra.cloud only needs public source links and non-sensitive correction details to review most requests.
We do not provide account support for listed providers
For billing disputes, downtime, account access, or technical support, contact the provider directly. getInfra.cloud is an independent comparison platform and is not affiliated with listed providers.
Provider inclusion does not guarantee placement
Submitting a provider helps us review it. It does not guarantee inclusion, ranking, comparison labels, or a specific position in any table.
Paid ranking requests are not accepted
Providers cannot buy top placement, positive labels, pricing interpretation, or comparison outcomes. See our independence policy for details.
