Why This Page Exists
Cloud pricing changes often. Providers update regions, introduce new GPU configurations, change public rates, run promotions and revise billing rules without always making those changes easy to compare. This page shows the source types getInfra.cloud uses before publishing provider profiles, pricing tables and comparison notes.
Our goal is simple: users should be able to see where a pricing claim came from, what was checked, what remains approximate and when final verification should happen directly with the provider.
Official-first
We prioritise provider pricing pages, calculators, documentation and official product pages over third-party summaries.
India context
We check INR billing, Indian regions, GST notes, local data centres and India-specific availability wherever public data exists.
GPU caution
GPU pricing is treated as high-change data because stock, region, commitment and reserved rates can shift quickly.
Correctable
Users and providers can submit official links when a price, region or plan has changed.
Source Types We Use
Not every provider publishes data in the same format. Some show INR monthly plans, some publish USD hourly GPU rates, some require calculators and some require direct sales confirmation. We label source strength so users understand the confidence level.
Official pricing pages
Public pages that list plan names, resource configuration, billing model and price. These are preferred for VPS, GPU and object storage tables.
Official calculators
Calculators are used when a provider prices by region, resource mix, storage, OS, bandwidth and support tier instead of fixed plan tables.
Product and documentation pages
Docs and product pages help verify data centres, service availability, billing models, SLAs, certifications, GPU families and platform capabilities.
Sales-led or quote-based data
When pricing is not fully public, we mark the data as quote-based, approximate or requiring provider verification before purchase.
Provider Source Register
This register lists the primary public sources used or recommended for checking provider data. Each provider page can include additional sources depending on the specific claim being verified.

Important: Source URLs can change. If an official provider link redirects, breaks or shows a different price than getInfra.cloud, use the corrections page to report the updated source.

The same provider source can support multiple comparison fields. We separate hard pricing data from contextual claims so users can judge what is objective, approximate or advisory.

Verification Rules
Use official sources wherever possible
A price from a provider pricing page, official calculator or public documentation carries more weight than marketplace listings, social posts, third-party comparisons or sales material.
Record pricing assumptions
We identify whether a figure is monthly, hourly, per-second, on-demand, reserved, spot, ex-GST, inclusive of tax or converted from USD.
Label approximate values
Converted INR values, quote-led plans, promotional pricing and GPU availability are marked as approximate or requiring final provider verification.
Do not treat marketing claims as final proof
Statements such as lowest cost, enterprise-ready, best performance or most secure are treated as provider positioning unless backed by public pricing, benchmark, compliance or customer evidence.
Currency and INR Conversion
getInfra.cloud is built for Indian buyers, so prices are shown in ₹ INR wherever possible. When a provider publishes only USD pricing, the INR figure is an estimate based on the exchange rate recorded at the time of the data refresh.
Sources We Do Not Treat as Final
Affiliate or referral listings
Third-party affiliate tables can be useful for discovery, but they are not used as final pricing proof.
Outdated screenshots
Screenshots go stale quickly. We prefer live official pages and note the last checked date.
Unlabelled benchmark claims
Performance claims require workload context. Raw benchmark claims are not used to rank providers without clear methodology.
Private quotes without context
Private quotes may vary by volume, term, region and relationship. We do not generalise them unless clearly labelled.
How to Submit a Source Correction
If you find outdated pricing or a better official source, send the updated link. The correction is easier to verify when it includes the provider name, product, old value, new value and public source URL.
Data Sources FAQs
Do you scrape provider websites?
No. getInfra.cloud is designed around manual review of official public pages, calculators and documentation. This reduces the risk of broken automated extraction or stale scraped values.
Why do some provider prices say approximate?
A price is marked approximate when it is converted from USD, depends on calculator inputs, excludes taxes, uses a reserved term or requires a final quote from the provider.
Can providers pay to change source labels?
No. Source labels depend on public evidence. A provider can submit better official documentation, but it cannot pay to receive a stronger label.
Should I rely on getInfra.cloud for final billing?
Use getInfra.cloud for shortlisting and comparison. Always verify final pricing, taxes, credits, SLAs, availability and contract terms directly with the provider before purchase.
