Provider Submission
Guidelines

Cloud providers can request inclusion on getInfra.cloud, but every submission goes through the same source verification and editorial review process. Submission does not guarantee inclusion, ranking, or recommendation.

🎯

Why These Guidelines Exist

getInfra.cloud compares cloud infrastructure providers for Indian developers, startups, AI teams, and infrastructure buyers. To keep the comparison useful, every listed provider must have enough verifiable public information to support fair side-by-side evaluation.

These guidelines explain what a provider should submit, which information we verify, and how we decide whether a provider is ready to appear on getInfra.cloud. The goal is not to collect promotional descriptions. The goal is to verify infrastructure data that helps users compare pricing, regions, services, GPUs, support, billing, and trust signals.

Important principle

A provider may share information, correct facts, or point us to official sources. A provider cannot buy inclusion, ranking, labels, comparison placement, or editorial conclusions.

Who Can Submit a Provider

Anyone can suggest a cloud provider, including provider teams, customers, developers, cloud consultants, and readers who notice a missing platform. However, provider inclusion depends on the quality and verifiability of available information.

☁️

Cloud infrastructure providers

VPS, compute, GPU cloud, object storage, managed database, Kubernetes, private cloud, or similar infrastructure services.

🇮🇳

India-relevant providers

Providers with Indian data centers, INR billing, Indian customers, India support, or strong relevance for Indian infrastructure buyers.

🧾

Providers with public pricing

Providers that publish pricing pages, calculators, plan tables, marketplace pages, or official quotes that can be verified.

🔍

Providers with verifiable details

Providers with clear product pages, service terms, SLA details, data center locations, support information, and company identity.

📋

Information Required for Review

A complete submission helps us review the provider faster. Missing information does not automatically disqualify a provider, but it may delay inclusion or limit the depth of the provider page.

Field What to Submit Why It Matters
Provider name Official brand name and website URL Prevents duplicate or unofficial listings
Pricing pages Compute, GPU, storage, bandwidth, support, and add-on pricing URLs Supports fair comparison and INR conversion
Service categories VPS, GPU cloud, storage, Kubernetes, managed database, private cloud, or other services Helps place the provider in the right comparison sections
Data center locations Country, city, region name, and official location source if available Important for latency, data residency, and India-focused comparisons
Billing model Hourly, monthly, prepaid, postpaid, reserved, committed, custom quote, or marketplace billing Prevents unfair comparison between different pricing models
GPU availability GPU models, GPU memory, vCPU/RAM pairings, hourly price, and availability region Supports cloud GPU comparisons for AI and ML teams
Trust signals SLA, compliance pages, support policy, uptime status page, company details, and terms Helps users evaluate reliability beyond pricing
Verification contact A public or company email for factual questions Makes correction and verification easier
Preferred submission format

Send links to official public pages wherever possible. Screenshots, PDFs, sales decks, or private quotes can help context, but public source URLs are preferred for published comparisons.

How We Review Submissions

Every submission moves through a simple review process. The same checks apply whether the provider is submitted by its internal team, a customer, or our editorial team.

STEP 01

Initial fit check

We check whether the provider offers relevant cloud infrastructure services for Indian users.

STEP 02

Source review

We review official pricing, product, SLA, region, support, and trust pages.

STEP 03

Data normalisation

We convert pricing into comparable units such as ₹/month, ₹/hour, vCPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth.

STEP 04

Editorial decision

We decide whether the provider can be listed, needs more data, or should remain pending.

🚫

What We Do Not Accept

Paid ranking requests

We do not accept payment for provider placement, featured labels, comparison position, recommendation language, or search visibility inside getInfra.cloud pages.

✍️

Provider-written review copy

Providers may share facts and source links, but getInfra.cloud writes provider summaries, watch-outs, labels, and comparison notes independently.

🧩

Incomplete promotional submissions

Submissions that only contain taglines, brochures, or claims without public pricing or product sources are usually not enough for listing.

⚠️

Requests to remove valid comparison data

We correct factual errors, but we do not remove valid pricing, limitations, or competitor comparisons simply because they are inconvenient.

📌

Possible Review Outcomes

Listed

Enough data to publish

The provider has verifiable public information and can be added to relevant provider, pricing, or comparison pages.

Pending

More evidence needed

The provider looks relevant, but pricing, region, service, or trust data needs more verification before publishing.

Not listed

Not enough fit or proof

The provider may be outside our scope, too hard to verify, or missing enough cloud infrastructure data for fair comparison.

⚖️
